How to compare prediction markets side by side
Use this guide when reading Insydr market pages together. Cap comparisons at four qualified events and never average incompatible contracts.
Calculator
Paste up to four public market page URLs. Values are not saved. Open each page to copy definition, resolve time, provider, probability, movement, liquidity, and observation time.
Purpose
Side-by-side market comparison is easy to abuse. This page documents the fields Insydr expects you to align before drawing any conclusion across pages.
Allowed set
Compare at most four qualified market-event pages. Prefer indexable or archived-indexable catalog pages with snapshots. Exclude suppressed, test, or canceled-without-result markets.
Required columns
For each page record: contract definition, scheduled or actual resolve time, provider, primary implied probability, recent movement summary, liquidity/depth note, and observation timestamp. If any field is missing, do not invent it.
Compatibility
Only treat probabilities as comparable when definitions match. Cross-provider pairs need a stored compatible verification on topic hubs. Series hubs never collapse separate dates into one probability.
Workflow
Open each market page, copy the observation time with the price, and keep provider rows separate until equivalence is reviewed. Methodology links below explain how Insydr defines probabilities and liquidity.
