The short version: we sell market intelligence, not investment advice. Don't abuse the service, pay for what you use, and understand that markets — and our reads on them — can be wrong.
By creating an account or using the Insydr website, dashboard, API or webhooks (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using Insydr on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing for that organization too.
Insydr monitors public prediction-market and blockchain data and surfaces patterns we believe are interesting — unusual wallets, whale movements, order-book anomalies and similar signals. We analyze public information; we do not provide, and never possess, non-public information.
Signals are research, not recommendations. We don't know your situation, we take no positions, and we make no promise that any signal is accurate, complete or profitable. Whatever you trade, you trade at your own risk — check the rules that apply to you in your jurisdiction before acting on anything.
You're responsible for your account and for anything done with your API keys. Keep them secret; rotate them if you suspect a leak. One account per person or team — key-sharing to dodge plan limits gets the whole den's side-eye and, eventually, a suspension.
Don't break the Service, probe other users' data, resell raw feeds without a partnership agreement, or use Insydr to harass or dox wallet owners. Rate limits exist for everyone's benefit; automated circumvention is a breach of these terms.
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; access runs to the end of the paid period. If we ever raise prices on your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
We aim for boring reliability but the Service is provided "as is" — upstream exchanges hiccup, chains reorg, and occasionally the fox needs a nap. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Insydr isn't liable for trading losses, missed signals, indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes get an email and a dashboard notice at least 14 days ahead. Continuing to use Insydr after that means you accept the new terms.
