The short version: we sell market intelligence, not investment advice. Don't abuse the service, pay for what you use, and understand that markets — and our reads on them — can be wrong.
By creating an account or using the Insydr website, mobile apps, dashboard, API or webhooks (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using Insydr on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing for that organization too.
Insydr monitors public prediction-market and blockchain data and surfaces patterns we believe are interesting — unusual wallets, whale movements, order-book anomalies and similar signals. We analyze public information; we do not provide, and never possess, non-public information.
Signals are research, not recommendations. We don't know your situation, we take no positions, and we make no promise that any signal is accurate, complete or profitable. Whatever you trade, you trade at your own risk — check the rules that apply to you in your jurisdiction before acting on anything.
You're responsible for your account and for anything done with your API keys. Keep them secret; rotate them if you suspect a leak. One account per person or team — key-sharing to dodge plan limits gets the whole den's side-eye and, eventually, a suspension.
Don't break the Service, probe other users' data, resell raw feeds without a partnership agreement, or use Insydr to harass or dox wallet owners. Rate limits exist for everyone's benefit; automated circumvention is a breach of these terms.
Pro plans purchased on the web bill through Stripe: monthly or yearly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. Price changes take effect on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Manage renewals and cancellations in your store account settings. Restore purchases from the app when switching devices. We sync entitlement from the store receipt — Insydr cannot refund or cancel store charges directly; contact Apple or Google for billing disputes on those purchases.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you cancel, you keep access until the period ends but we do not prorate unused time. Store purchases follow Apple or Google refund policies. If we charged you in error, contact support within 30 days and we will fix it.
Prices are shown exclusive of applicable sales, VAT, GST or similar taxes unless stated otherwise. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be added at checkout or on your invoice. You are responsible for any taxes your jurisdiction imposes on your use of the Service beyond what we collect.
API access is included with Pro unless a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise. You may use the API only for your own products or internal workflows, subject to published rate limits and fair use. Do not expose Insydr data as a standalone resale feed, misrepresent our signals as yours without attribution where required, or use the API to build a competing market-data redistribution service without written permission. We may throttle or suspend keys that endanger platform stability or violate these terms.
We aim for boring reliability but the Service is provided "as is" — upstream exchanges hiccup, chains reorg, and occasionally the fox needs a nap. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Insydr isn't liable for trading losses, missed signals, indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes get an email and a dashboard notice at least 14 days ahead. Continuing to use Insydr after that means you accept the new terms.
