We watch markets, not you. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your account, we don't sell it, and the wallet data we analyze was public before we ever saw it.
Your email, a password hash, billing details (held by our payment processor, not us), your alert and watchlist settings, and standard usage logs — API calls, sign-ins, IP addresses — kept for security and debugging.
We don't ask for your wallet addresses, we don't link your account to your trading activity, and we don't want to know your positions. The den's whole premise is that we sell the flashlight — knowing where our users point it would be a conflict of interest.
To run the Service: deliver alerts, meter API usage, bill you, and answer support. Aggregated, anonymized usage (e.g. "how many users watch politics markets") guides what we build next. No advertising, no profiling, no selling data to anyone.
The wallets, trades and order books we analyze are public blockchain and exchange data. We profile wallet behavior, not wallet owners — we don't attempt to deanonymize addresses, and signals never include personal identity claims. If a published signal references your wallet and you believe the analysis is wrong, tell us.
A session cookie to keep you signed in and one first-party analytics cookie to count visits. No third-party ad trackers — the fox doesn't follow you around the internet.
A short list of processors run parts of the Service: payments, email delivery, cloud hosting and error monitoring. Each gets only what it needs to do its job, under contracts that forbid other uses. We'll share data with authorities only when legally compelled, and we'll tell you unless the law forbids it.
Account data lives while your account does, plus 30 days after deletion. Usage logs rotate after 90 days. Market data is a historical record and stays — that's the product.
Export, correct or delete your account data anytime from the dashboard, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA and friends) you may have additional rights — we honor the spirit of them for everyone rather than lawyering by geography.
